Processing times
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. As soon as your parcel leaves our studio you will receive a confirmation email with tracking where available.
Delivery times
Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your destination. The estimated arrival window is shown at checkout before you pay, and shipping is complimentary on orders over S$120.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are determined by your destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Return eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unopened products in their original packaging. Visit our contact page to start a return and our team will guide you through every step.
