decillion.co is operated by Decillion Private Limited (UEN 201528494E), a company registered in Singapore with its registered address at 336 Smith Street, #05-301, New Bridge Centre, Singapore 050336. 'We', 'us' and 'our' refer to Decillion; 'you' refers to you, the user or customer. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, form the agreement between us.

You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use it in any way that could damage or impair it. We may suspend or withdraw access to the site at any time.

• Our products are cosmetic skincare items intended for external use only.
• Product descriptions, ingredients and images are provided in good faith and for general information.
• Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown on screen.
• Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Always read the label, perform a patch test before first use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a known allergy or medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

• Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (S$/SGD) unless stated otherwise; any applicable taxes are indicated at checkout.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
• Products may occasionally be mispriced. If we discover an error, we will let you know and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example, if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

Payment is taken securely through our third-party payment provider at checkout. By placing an order you confirm that the payment method used is yours and that you are authorised to use it.

• We ship worldwide; estimated delivery times and any charges are shown at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
• You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that apply in your country.

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

• You may return unopened, unused products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.
• If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Refunds are made to your original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive the returned item.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

All content on our site, including text, images, logos, branding, designs and product photography, is owned by or licensed to Decillion and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use our site or products to break the law, infringe others' rights, transmit harmful content, or interfere with the operation of the site.

Our site and products are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. While we take care to keep information accurate and the site available, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information is complete or current. Skincare results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decillion will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you place it. The 'last updated' date above reflects the latest version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

• If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
• These Terms are the entire agreement between us regarding their subject matter.
